Gate Twenty Two Boutique Hotel

Excellent location on the edge of the historic towm, just a couple of minutes walk from the main street. Corner rooms feature a balcony, offering a lovely view towards hiistric and modern parts of the city. There is a nice bar on the top floor. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique and luxurious hotel, and the experience was simply outstanding. The dedicated staff provided warm and personal service, always ready to assist with any request. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. Special thanks to Michael for his exceptional hospitality. The room was a bit small but very well-designed, offering a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and functionality. Everything was super clean, which made it even more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh and high-quality options to choose from. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the old town, making it easy to explore on foot. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

This property exceeded all my expectations. As a frequent traveller for work I regularly stay in business hotels! This hotel is up there with the best of them! The staff were amazingly friendly, the decor was tasteful and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and they even made me a cheese and ham omelette. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The location is ideal being in the centre of Nicosia. I can really recommend this hotel, my only issue was that I didn’t book another night to enjoy it more! Thank you!

Excellent housekeeping, cleaning to high standards and the bed is one of the best I have slept in a hotel and I have slow in many. Excellent front desk staff. Always willing to help whether it was helping with location of tourist sites, heavy luggage or extending our check out time without any fuss as they were able to do so. I cannot praise all of them enough to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It’s an a la carte menu with six very good choices and an array of hot and cold coffees to accompany the main dish which is of a substantial six. The property is well located with public parking facilities which I think are resonantly priced. It’s a 5-15 minute walk away from Ledra street and other places.
